What is the process from the beginning to completion?

Who provides the materials?

For most of the projects client provides raw and visible materials.

We do not overhead the cost of materials, however, we provide the option for the delivery of all materials throughout the project’s lifetime.

How do I know what materials to buy?

The proposal will include all needed raw materials for your project + quantities & approximate cost. We can also include visible materials (bathtubs, glass doors, tile, vanities, toilets etc.)

Who takes care of the disposal?

We do not overhead the disposal cost, however, we provide the disposal option for your project. For your convenience the companies we use for the disposal have a life-load option, where the container comes to your house only for 30 minutes, we load it and send it on it’s way.

The disposal option will be indicated inside the proposal.

How can I pay, and what is the payment schedule?

We accept: credit/debit cards, checks and cash.

ProspecTile uses optimized payment schedule system to protect your investment. Depending on the project, payment could be divided into 6 installments, with only 20% downpayment. 

What is provided under warranty?

ProspecTile Inc. warrants that the installation will be performed in a proper and professional manner in line with industry standards. ProspecTile Inc. further assures your installation up to 2 year warranty.
